Airbrush Guitar
Chefs AirBrush system with edible ink?
Everytime I get a substantial amount of money I start saving up for something big for myself. (last time it was a guitar)
This time I’m wanting to buy an airbrush system/compressor thing that chefs use to color pastillage and such. Where could i find one and for about how much would they cost?
I know the nibs and stuff are cheap and I’m thinking the compressor will be over the couple hundred dollar mark

For the airbrush you don’t want one of the cheap pieces of garbage that most chefs use. They’re chefs…don’t ask their opinions on something outside of their field. You would be best off buying a Iwata, Richpen, Olympos, or Grex top feed airbrush. Look for one with the .2mm needle/nozzle ($80 to $!60 range). That will give you great control with anything from larger coverage (backgrounds) to fine detail. As for the compressor…all you need to start out is a cheap little 1/8 to 1/4 hp airbrush compressor which usually cost in the $40 to $200 range depending on the brand. I still have a little $50 one I bought at Harbor Freight Tools that works great. Love that little thing! Just make sure it has a water trap.
