just a curiousity thing. i think the avengers is one of the cult classic tv shows, and i always thought that emma peel was the best partner that steed could have. the chemistry between those two is one of the best on screen chemistries ever!! yes, i know the show is cheesy but that’s what makes it good!!!
so, who do you like?
Emma Peel, because Diana Rigg and Patrick Mcnee (Steed) had a great rapport and on screen chemistry. Also remember, Diana Rigg was only about 24. If you watch the final scene when Mrs Peel leaves the series. Diana Rigg & Patrick Mcnee saying goodbye, they are both holding back their emotions. As to cheesy. The programme was supposed to quirky and strange.
