Do you now realize that we are in the Great Tribulation period, spoken of in Matthew 24 and Luke 21?
In Luke 21:24-26 we read, “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
25And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.”
Your interpretation of what evidence we have that we are now in the period of the final tribulation (May 22, 1988 – May 21, 2011) is incorrect.
It is not, according to God’s word the Bible, a PHYSICAL tribulation discernible by weather, conflicts between political entities, astronomical signs.
It is A FAMINE OF HEARING THE WORD OF GOD.
It is twenty-three years in length.
Moreover, your Luke chapter 21 reference is actually a reference to Judgment Day, the final 153 days of the earth’s existence following the catching away of God’s elect on May 21, 2011.
